Notes can include: How/where you connected with the agent in order to get their business and any preferences or personality traits you know about the agent that may be helpful for inspectors / office staff to know.
Example: “Hi Sally, it’s great to see you on the calendar today! Your inspector will reach out, but please let me know if you need any extra help along the way! We appreciate the opportunity to serve your clients!"
Use email template on the drive to remind them of the value we provide to agents.
You want to note comments on their experience and try to find out how they heard about us. Any negative feedback should be reported to the Services Manager.
Start with phone call. If no answer then leave VM and send text or email as well. ("Welcome to the Re/Max team! We are your home inspection partner and I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know some ways we can be a resource for you and your clients.")
“Hello - I just wanted to share this review that your client left for our inspector. It was so kind of them. We really appreciate the opportunity to work with you clients!"
